How do you pull off a traditional American Thanksgiving meal in the middle of the Yucatán Peninsula?
Start with the world’s best hosts in their gorgeous home (thank you, Peter and Carolina!) … add the fact that they searched for, and found, one of the last two available turkeys in the area…then, work with a local importer to get REAL Idaho potatoes shipped in (no joke)…mix it all together with some great new friends (Leo and David) and delicious Mexican wine/tequila/mezcal and voila! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
