Paradise Found

The Algarve is in southern Portugal and includes more than 100 miles of coastline and 25 different beach resort towns. We stayed at Vila Vita Parc and are already thinking about when we can come back.  As our fun and fantastic driver Alberto said before he dropped us off, “You are staying in paradise” and he was right.

Vila Vita Parc has beach access. During the last month, we dipped our toes into the Pacific, Indian, and Atlantic (pictured here) oceans.

This paradise was not lost on us…we are very grateful.

This part of Portugal is also a seafood paradise!  We took an incredible food tour in Lagos with chef/entrepreneur/passionate foodie (and very nice guy) Sergio Gama.  (Thank you, Sergio!)

As the old saying goes, “All good things must come to an end.”  This trip is no exception.  We’re flying back to NYC tomorrow, but already planning our next adventure.  Thanks for joining us on this one!
